Ride Report #1: BA to Cordoba!

After 8 solid hours on the new steed I'd be lying if I said wasn't a bit fried. Oh, and I had a much deserved beer. As Buenos Aires started to shrink in my rear view mirror and the countryside began to fill my helmet screen my grin grew. The kind of helmet grin that no one sees and pushes your cheeks towards your eyes. It was happening, I was on the move, and it was a wonderful day.

The road was flat and straight, a bore for most riders. But today it didn't matter. I was, as my grandmother would say, happier than a pig in shit! I was rolling through the Argentine countryside listening to my buddy's podcast, looking at the clouds above endless fields of green.

I made it to Cordoba, safe and sound. I'm in the hostel now with some dirty hippies trying to muster up the energy for a trip out for a steak and vino then back for some hard sleep.
